Tier 3 · Operator portals and network APIs

Enterprise portals, APIs and control planes

Operator consoles, CAMARA network API portals and enterprise web platforms

We turn telecom and cloud operations into usable workflows: CAMARA-aligned API marketplaces, internal developer portals and multilingual enterprise applications in Next.js, React and TypeScript, connected to your identity, infrastructure and delivery systems.

2-week Assessment Sprint, $14,500 fixed · 100% credited toward an annual retainer or managed agreement signed within 30 days

Where portals and API platforms break

Provisioning automation and network exposure APIs remain difficult to adopt when customers face slow interfaces or manual ticket queues. A portal must connect identity, tenant isolation, usage controls and backend outcomes so that self-service reduces operational work.

What we engineer

CAMARA-Aligned Network API Marketplaces

Build developer onboarding, API discovery and consumption workflows for supported SIM Swap, Quality on Demand, Device Location or Number Verification capabilities. Align contracts to the chosen CAMARA release and integrate operator-authorized NEF/SCEF/CAPIF exposure paths with consent, rate limits and usage records.

Internal Developer Portals & Operations Consoles

Build control planes for approved GitOps requests, OpenShift health, compliance scorecards and self-service runbooks. Enforce RBAC and backend authorization for every action, with review gates, status telemetry, idempotency and clear failure recovery.

Multilingual B2B & Enterprise Platforms

Deliver accessible Next.js/React/TypeScript interfaces with EN/ES/FR/HT routing, search-ready public content, enterprise OIDC or SAML federation where supported, tenant-aware roles and telemetry dashboards. Validate critical user journeys with representative operator and customer roles.

Resilient API Backends & Delivery

Implement the REST, GraphQL or gRPC interfaces the workflow needs, with typed contracts and retry/error handling. Deploy through reviewed GitHub/GitLab pipelines to agreed Netlify or OpenShift targets, with Playwright, accessibility and security checks.

Reference stack and standards

Frontend & Experience
Next.js App Router, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, localized EN/ES/FR/HT routing and WCAG 2.1 AA acceptance criteria.
API & Telecom Exposure
Selected CAMARA specifications, OpenAPI 3.1, operator-authorized 3GPP NEF/SCEF/CAPIF adapters, Kong/Apigee and application-specific GraphQL or gRPC.
Identity & Hosting
OAuth 2.0/OIDC and supported SAML federation using Keycloak, Okta or Auth0; hosting on Netlify Enterprise or Red Hat OpenShift.

Network API availability, consent, identity federation and gateway support depend on the operator and selected specification releases. We test access control and accessibility against agreed acceptance criteria; deployment continuity depends on backend compatibility and the rollout design.

Reference architecture

T3Enterprise portals, APIs and control planes

Keep customer API exposure distinct from operational change requests and telecom element management.

Experience & enterprise identity

  1. API customers & NOC teamsPartner developers · platform engineers · operators

  2. Next.js / TypeScript portalsSandbox · docs · usage metering · operations / SLO views
    SSO & authorization
  3. Enterprise identity & RBACOIDC / SAML · tenant roles · EN / ES / FR / HT

Gateway & capability adaptation

  1. Enterprise API gatewayOAuth2 · mTLS where required · rate limits
    Authenticated API requests
  2. CAMARA API servicesQoD · SIM Swap · Number Verification · Device Location / Status
    Capability & consent mapping
  3. Consent & policy adaptersVersioned OpenAPI schemas · operator authorization · CAPIF where supported

Network exposure & separate management

  1. 3GPP NEF / SCEFOperator-supported N33 / T8 exposure interfaces
    Authorized network access
  2. 4G / 5G core capabilitiesPolicy-authorized network functions
    Separate management interfaces
  3. Ericsson ENM managementSeparate CM / FM / PM integration; not a NEF / SCEF endpoint
Connections across boundaries
Next.js / TypeScript portals / Enterprise API gateway
Portal API traffic enters the authenticated gateway; operational changes use reviewed GitOps requests.
Consent & policy adapters / 3GPP NEF / SCEF
Adapters map only to APIs and versions enabled by the operator.
Enterprise identity & RBAC / Enterprise API gateway
Gateway authorization verifies the caller and tenant policy.

Portal and API gateway requests enforce OIDC/OAuth 2.0 tenant scopes and rate limits at the edge. Southbound 3GPP NEF/SCEF exposure is isolated from ENM element management over dedicated VRFs.

Deliverables in your repository

You keep the delivered code, manifests, diagrams, runbooks and validation evidence in your repositories. We agree the systems, acceptance criteria and access prerequisites in the SOW.

  1. Production Full-Stack Repository

Strictly typed Next.js/TypeScript frontend and the agreed API backend in your GitHub/GitLab repository, with build and operating documentation.

  2. CAMARA/OpenAPI Gateway Configuration

Rate limits, OAuth-secured exposure policies, sandbox documentation and usage-metering integrations for the authorized APIs.

  3. Enterprise Authentication & RBAC Layer

Tenant-aware roles, corporate identity-provider integration and backend authorization tests for every supported operation.

  4. Automated CI/CD & Delivery Pipeline

Preview and production workflows with visual, accessibility and security checks, rollout acceptance gates and recovery instructions.

  5. Portal and Gateway Topology (.mmd)

Identity, tenant boundaries, the API gateway and NEF/SCEF adapters as Mermaid source in your repository.

  6. Release Evidence Pack

Accessibility checks, localization coverage and signed build records for each release.

Inside the 2-week Assessment Sprint

What the $14,500 sprint covers for this service. Access stays read-only throughout, and you keep the output whether or not you continue.

  1. Days 1–3

    Portal and API inventory

Read-only review of current portals, the identity provider, backend APIs, NEF/SCEF exposure and the manual tickets self-service should replace.

  2. Days 4–6

    Identity, tenancy and API gaps

Where OIDC sign-in, role-based access, tenant isolation, rate limits and consent handling fall short for the users and APIs in scope.

  3. Days 7–9

    Target architecture and first slice

Portal and gateway architecture in Mermaid (.mmd) source, and the first production slice: sign-in, roles and one CAMARA API.

  4. Day 10

    Read-out and backlog

Architecture decisions, API contract notes and a fixed-scope backlog.
