Customer data boundary

2. Customer estates

Customer production clusters are not listed here. We do not publish subscriber data, Ericsson OSS/ENM alarm streams or OpenShift cluster metrics on a public page.

Monitoring inside your boundary

Health checks, Prometheus/Thanos metrics, logs, Argo CD sync status and admission alerts run inside your own environment.

Incidents in the client portal

Authorized users raise incidents, follow response and resolution times and see maintenance windows in the client portal.

Public website response

Checking website response…

This check does not assess customer systems or portal transactions.

1. Systems covered

This page covers the systems SynapseTel Cloud operates: the public website in English, Spanish, French and Haitian Creole, the client portal and the request intake.

The response check below confirms that the public website answered at the time shown. It does not assess customer systems or portal transactions.

2. Customer systems

Customer production systems are not listed here. We do not stream your network topology, subscriber data, Ericsson ENM alarms or OpenShift cluster metrics to a public page.

For retainer and managed customers, monitoring runs inside your environment. Incident status, response times and maintenance windows are tracked in the client portal under your agreement.

3. Changes and maintenance windows

Changes to our own systems go through reviewed, version-controlled pipelines.

For customer estates, cutovers and cluster upgrades run inside maintenance windows you approve, with pre- and post-window checks agreed in advance.

4. Provider status

Use the official provider status pages below for incident notices affecting the edge routing, identity and cloud regions our website and portal rely on.

Workloads in your own data centers, OpenShift clusters or Ericsson ENM environments are monitored through your internal tooling and escalation paths.
