Executive and procurement brief

The connected estate

One practice across three tiers, so no handoff crosses a company boundary.

  1. T1

    Telecom and hybrid cloud infrastructure

Re-home legacy OSS-RC nodes to Ericsson ENM, harden bare-metal and hybrid OpenShift clusters, and run phased VMware vSAN and OpenShift Virtualization migrations with rehearsed rollback.

Ericsson OSS & ENM · Kubernetes · Red Hat OpenShift · VMware & vSAN

  2. T2

    Delivery controls and private MCP

Replace manual change-board bottlenecks with GitLab CI and Argo CD reconciliation, OPA/Kyverno admission gates and schema-restricted MCP pre-flight checks. A person still approves every production change.

AI Agents · MCP · CI/CD · Argo CD · Policy as Code

  3. T3

Enterprise portals, APIs and control planes

Internal developer portals, OSS operational dashboards, CAMARA-aligned network API gateways on operator-authorized NEF/SCEF exposure, and customer self-service interfaces that turn complex backend estates into fast, auditable workflows, in Next.js and TypeScript.

    Next.js · React · TypeScript · CAMARA · NEF / SCEF · API Integrations · Custom Portals

Led by engineers whose earlier production roles were at Ericsson · Verizon · Zain · Digicel · Haitel · TempestNS. Work delivered there was delivered as their employees, not by SynapseTel Cloud. No customer names appear on this site.

Start with the fixed-fee assessment

Assessment Sprint $14,500 fixed fee · 2-week embedded sprint

Find out what actually breaks before you commit transformation budget.

Concrete deliverables included

  • Two-week embedded review across T1 infrastructure, T2 pipelines and T3 portals.
  • Live topology and blast-radius audit of the agreed Ericsson OSS/ENM, OpenShift, VMware/vSAN or hybrid cloud footprint.
  • Written target architecture with downloadable Mermaid (.mmd) source diagrams.
  • Wave-by-wave migration order with rollback plans, stop conditions and a “cost of doing nothing” risk matrix.
  • Executive and engineering readout with a fixed-scope backlog for Phase 2.

Why a $14,500 fixed fee

Priced under $15,000, a level that falls within many directors’ and VPs’ purchasing authority, so the sprint can often start on a purchase order instead of a multi-month RFP. Confirm the threshold with your procurement team.

Assessment credit: sign an Annual Platform Retainer or an annual Managed Orchestration agreement within 30 calendar days of the sprint read-out and the full $14,500 assessment fee is credited on your first annual invoice. This is an invoice credit, not a cash refund.

Regulatory & compliance alignment

  • Enterprise security frameworks: Control mapping for SOC 2 Type II criteria, ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST SP 800-53 Rev. 5.
  • Telecom & critical infrastructure: Relevant 3GPP Security Assurance Specifications (SCAS), FCC CPNI obligations and NIS2 requirements, as applicable to your services and jurisdiction.
  • Cloud & container benchmarks: Applicable CIS Benchmarks for Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift, with workload exceptions and remediation evidence documented.

Control alignment and generated evidence do not establish certification or guarantee regulatory compliance. SynapseTel Cloud has not undergone a SOC 2 Type I or Type II examination. Upstream provider reports cover the providers’ own services.
